Morocco: I traveled to a beautiful property on the outskirts of Marrakesh, my home for a week of cooking school, travel and learning. I try to use my photography to show the exotic Arab culture, yesterday and today--mosaics in a harem, the exquisite designs of a mosque built for thousands of Muslim to pray together, the markets with spices, dried fruit and goat heads - and to show the human side of this country. Whether in the Atlas mountains meeting Berbers or on foot in the 9,000 winding streets of the ancient city of Fes, the sounds and colors and tastes permeate a traveler’s experience.
